Dickinson-Cumberland County Scholarship Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating a student for the Dickinson-Carlisle Scholarship!

Candidates must be residents of Carlisle with a permanent Carlisle postal address at the time of the award, with the intention of entering college the following fall. Candidates do not need to be enrolled at Carlisle High School; they may attend other schools or be homeschooled. Students with financial need will be favored in the scholarship selection process. Dependents of Dickinson employees eligible for tuition remission are exempt. Nominations will be invited from the local community through the use of this form, and candidates may also self-nominate. Please submit one nomination per form; opening a new form to nominate another student.

Student Requirements:

Student submit Dickinson-Carlisle Scholarship Form prior to requesting personal interview.
The Common Application may be submitted in any application round, but no later than January 15.
If applying for need-based financial aid, student should submit the CSS Profile and FAFSA forms by their selected application deadline.
