Requirements:

• Applicants must be Maryland residents and/or students who are currently enrolled in a high school in the state of Maryland.
• Applicants must submit the Reynolds Scholarship Application, including a response to one of the essay questions, by Jan. 15.
• The Common Application or the Coalition Application (Scoir) may be submitted in any application round, but no later than Jan. 15.
